A colourful Antique Art Nouveau pendant from the early 20th Century fashioned in 15ct Yellow Gold with a wonderful open-worked design and foliate motifs. It’s decorated with white Pearls, a green Tourmaline dropper (approx. 0.30ct) and a lovely pink Tourmaline in the centre (approx. 0.50ct).
Together the colours of each stone pay tribute to the women’s Suffragette movement which took place in the early 20th century and popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White stones which symbolised; Violet for Loyalty, White for Purity and Green for Hope, or Give Women Votes!
It would look beautiful displayed on a Gold chain and boasts a wonderful combination of coloured gemstones.
