Made in Monterey California by craftsman using metals, woods and local natural materials to create intricate inlaid motifs. The company was in operation from 1948 to 1996.

Couroc wares were constructed of black phenolic resin, a material impervious to alcohol ,boiling water, alkalis, acids and cigarette burns. Theses pieces have a great following of collectors.

The 8 1/2” square tray features a mourning dove.

The 12 1/2” tray has inlaid sparrows perched on a brace.
